Welcome to MixShuffle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MixShuffle web application and related services ("Service") operated by Stellar Sound, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MixShuffle is a free, web-based audio comparison tool that allows you to upload, compare, and evaluate audio files (mixes, masters, tracks) using features such as blind A/B testing, gain matching, track randomization, and loop mode. The Service may be accessed via web browser or native mobile applications.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Service to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties
Upload, process, or share content that you do not have the right to use
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission

3. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the audio files and other content you upload or import into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights to use and process such content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLAR SOUND, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF GREATER).

6. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
